In a wild and amazing nature, after a long day of fishing you’ll be hungry for sure!

 We’ll take care of you then with few Swedish traditional recipes and many Italian delicacies based on basic ingredients strictly imported like:

  • Olive Oil selection from Sabina
  • Pasta De Cecco,
  • Parmigiano Reggiano from Reggiolo Rolo,
  • Pecorino Romano,
  • Fat – Guanciale – for Matriciana e Carbonara
  • Fat – Pancetta

In addition we’ll propose a serious selection of red and white wines from Veneto and Trentino, our favourite Regions.

For the meet we supply directly from the nearby farmer breeding Swedish cow and Angus.

Cheese we are lucky to have an important farmer at 15 km which is the most famous one in the all Nordern Countries.

Well what missing? FISH ….we can have some of our catches (Graylings – Trouts Perch)!
